The release of GovCMS for Drupal provides an excellent trigger for a refresh of your site. Many site owners may have been waiting for the new release before commencing a new project. Drupal 10 is now here and plans can be made for new projects on the new platform.

Sites which are currently hosted on GovCMS8 will need to be upgraded to the latest version of Drupal 10.
Morpht has been keeping abreast of the developments in the GovCMS codebase and are in an excellent position to provide advice and help in the upgrade of your site. In many cases the migration will go smoothly, however, in others there will be the need for remediations. Morpht is able to consult and help in this process.
Drupal 7 will be end of life in January 2025. It has been superseded by Drupal 10. If your site is based on GovCMS 7 you will need to start looking to migrating it to Drupal 10 in the near future. This trigger provides an excellent opportunity to assess your current site against your needs and to make improvements in a new build.

GovCMS Drupal DXP Panel
Morpht was announced as one of the initial suppliers on the GovCMS DXP Panel. We provide a range of Drupal DXP services to Australian government agencies. Content recommendations, personalisation and AI services can now be easily procured through Moprht, offering an on-ramp for agencies to make their sites smarter and more adaptive to user needs.
Content recommendations
Powerful machine learning algorithms are used to make content recommendations to users based on their browsing behaviour. Morphjt has partnered with Recombee SaaS to bring these tools to GovCMS, GovCMS sites can now be their own Netflix or Spotify, adapting content for a better user experience. Personalisation
Smart websites try to predict what their users want to do next. What is the next best step at any point in time? The Convivial Profiler personalisation engine is able to keep track of user affinity for content, user intention and current active campaign or stage in user journey. AI Augmentation
Generative AI has swept to the fore and is having an impact on content workflows in government agencies. Morpht has partnered with NLP CLoud to provide a range of different AI models for augmenting content, making editor's lives easier. Sites can tap into this service via the Augmentor NLP Cloud module and a subscription available through the DXP Panel. This feature is available for GovCMS PaaS only.
