Exciting news for Drupal fans. DrupalCon will be landing in Sydney on 6th-9th February 2013.
There will be training, a business day and tracks on development, site building, theming, community, content strategy and case studies. Hard core geeks can also take part in a Drupal 8 code sprint on the final day. And not to forget of course the opportunity to catch up and meet people from around the world interested in Drupal. It's great way to put faces to names.
The deadline for submission proposals has just passed and many interesting talks have been proposed for all tracks. It's going to be hard to decide what to see, Already a number of featured speakers have been announced and accepted proposals will be finalized over the next two weeks. Members of the Morpht team have proposed talks on server monitoring and information architecture. We’re crossing our fingers that they’ll get up :)
We’ll also be attending the conference of course. If you see us, come up and say "hi". You'd better be fast though. Early bird tickets sold out in 8 hours and there's only a limited number of tickets available. Be sure to register soon if you want to attend. See you there!
